I've been searing, sizzling, and shooting (photos, calm down) in the food and beverage industry for nearly two decades (I know, I don't look a day over 25).

I'm a self-confessed flavor chaser. I love adding creative twists to my recipes (because who wants to be ordinary, right?) and I find no greater joy than pairing food and beverages together to unlock the unbelievable and unexpected layers of flavors that so often sit right in front of us.

It's like creating beautiful music, but, for your taste buds.
